Initial consultations will be a 60 minute visit which will include a customized treatment plan. Follow-up appointments will be based upon each woman’s individual needs. Annual follow-up will be required for all prescription refills.

We do not contract with insurance companies, but will provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Please inquire for additional pricing information.
